2. Sale items, discounted items, personalized or custom-made items, and intimate apparel (such as lingerie or swimwear) are not eligible for returns unless they are defective..
3. Items purchased using gift cards, store credit, or promotional codes may have specific return restrictions, mentioned at the time of purchase.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
